He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Gene Hawkins and Betty Elizabeth Sisson Hawkins; his daughter Jessica Hunter; and his brother Ricky Earl Hawkins. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Bautista; his grandchildren, Cameron, Hunter, Levi, Terry, Jacob, Elijah and Adaline; his siblings, Michelle Green and Steven Hawkins; his aunts, Shirley Huffman and Emily Walden; and his nieces, Robin and Tanya. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to help defray final expenses.
