It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Boggs of Copperhill, Tennessee, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Vance Boggs; her parent Nola Leona Hancock Bell; and her brother Donald Bell. She is survived by: her children, Rusty Boggs (Karen) and Penny Daves (Tony); her grandchildren, Alesha Stiles (Brandon), Dylan Boggs, Joe Boggs and Orin Daves; her great grandchildren, Karleigh-Jane Stiles and Bonnie Stiles; her siblings, Linda Moss, Roy Bell (Jewell) and Chris Bell (Theresa); and her brother-in-law Joe Boggs (Ruth Ann).
