She was predeceased by: her parents, William Locke and Mary Waters Locke; her husband Raymond M. Allen; her siblings, Richard Locke, Rhoda Deal and Ethel Howard; and her great grandchild Eden Lily Uhlik.
She is survived by: her children, Bryan (Joyce Allen), Kimberley Allen and Karen (Michael Graves); and her sisters, Essie Rymer and Margaret O'Neal. She is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Akins-Cobb Copperhill Chapel (823 Ocoee St, Copperhill, TN 37317). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
