She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Phillips and Kathleen Phillips; her husband Philip Santmyer; and her siblings, Debbie Phillips and Alan Phillips.

She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Bugg, Julie Booth and Andrea Burnett; her sister Cynthia Phillips; and her grandchildren, Regan, Jack, Logan and Westley.
