He is survived by: his wife Sharon Leonard; his son Albert Leonard; his stepchildren, George Forte (Sara), Rachel Williams (Quraan), Gary Bodner and Robert Scatton; his grandchildren, Dylan Hardesty, Jayden Hardesty, Ilaria Forte and Alise Forte; his nephew Nicky Franzosa; and his cousin Patti Leonard.
