He is survived by: his wife Diane Henry Carr of Copperhill, TN; his daughters, Karen Carr Kirk of Copperhill, TN and Crystal Shurley Martin (Brian) of Flowery Branch, GA; his grandchildren, Joshua Collins and Colyn Martin; and his daughter-in-law Linda Prince Carr of Murphy, NC.
