He was predeceased by: his parents, Genaro Pagan and Hilda Maysonet Cardona; and his wife Isabel Garcia Rosario. He is survived by: his children, La Shawn Pagan, Sharon Pagan and Giovanni Pagan; his siblings, Ivan Gonzalez, Rosalina Pagan, Magdalena Pagan-Lopez and Olga Margarita Pagan; and his grandchildren, Julie Vargas, Athena Pagan, Darrien Van Fossen and Jonah Velez.
