He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Hicks and Helen Bell Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Hicks; his siblings, Rachel Davis (Tommy) of Epworth, GA, Grady Hicks of Benton, TN and Lloyd Hicks of Blue Ridge, GA; his close friend James Hyatt (Amy) of Mineral Bluff, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Jonas, Teresa Smelcer, Norman, Sandra Smelcer, Howard, Priscilla Fortenberry, Bobby, Cheryl Smelcer, Jerry and Darlene Smelcer.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made in memory of Levi to the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church at P.O. Box 844 Copperhill, TN 37317.
