She was predeceased by: her father Gerald C. Lewis. She is survived by: her mother Charlene Tankersley of Farner; her brother Jason; her sister-in-law Christine Lewis of Cleveland; her sister Hannah Lewis of Cleveland; her nephew Bennett; her niece Adeline Curtis; her grandparents, Walter and Marie Tankersley of Farner; and her aunts and uncles, Daryl Tankersley (Brenda), Bob Lewis (Marlene), Don Lewis (Margaret Ann), Alvin Lewis (Debbie) and Amy Lewis. She is also survived by many other cousins, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to help defray funeral expenses.
