She was predeceased by: her mother Bessie Allday Smith; her husband John Henry Waters; her granddaughter Rebecca Housley; and her siblings, Jack, Benton, Louise, Marjorie and Syble.
She is survived by: her children, John Andrew, Stephanie Waters of Lansing, KS, Sandy and Jamie English of Turtletown; her grandchildren, Aaron English (Alex Cole), Cade English, Scarlet Waters, Lily Waters, Rachel Housley and Rody Phillips; her great grandchildren, A. J. Phillips and Fiona Housley; her pet Rascal; and also, Kenny and Dianna Housley of McCaysville, GA.
