She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Rackley and Linda Cardd Rackley of Copperhill; her sisters, Glenda Waters (Billy) of Copperhill and Jennifer Davis (Chris) of Mineral Bluff; her nephews, Caleb Waters, Robert Waters, David Waters, Kaden Waters, Derek Davis and Creed Davis; her niece Caylee Davis; her cousin Judy Morrison; and her pet Teddy.
However, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with the final expenses.
