He is survived by: his father Carson Emmitt Gentry; his wife Tammy Gentry; his daughter Brittany Gentry (Laken Phillips); his grandchildren, Jayden Phillips, Aaliyah Phillips and Kinsley Phillips; his sister Lisa Reels (Ronnie); his parents-in-law, Billy and LouAnn Peek; and his niece Heather Rodgers.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Funeral Home (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
