He is survived by: his sons, Ryan (Josh Smith) and Colby Smith of Cookeville; his siblings, Jeff Smith of Powell, TN, Robin Smith of Maryville, TN., Lisa Whitehead, Jackie Smith and Wanda Black; and his grandchildren, Koraley Smith, Marlie Martin and Valerie Martin.
