He was predeceased by: his mother Clarice Perry. He is survived by: his father James Perry; his wife Nikki; his grandchildren, Robbie and Brett; and his sister Dawn Perry Orrin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Cookeville City Cemetery (241 S Walnut Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501).
