With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Stephen Lauerman Jr. of Cookeville, Tennessee, born in Memphis, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Cole Lauerman Sr.; his sister Alexis Lauerman; his grandparents, William D. Lauerman, Max Pendergraft and Mary M. Lauerman; and his stepgrandfather Kenneth Whitney.
He is survived by: his wife Katie Kinnaird-Lauerman; his sons, Jack and Lucas; his mother Karolyn Lauerman of Cookeville; his grandmother Vella Whitney of Harrison, Arkansas; and his stepgrandmother Elizabeth G. Lauerman of Fernandina, Florida. He is also survived by loving extended family, including in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews, as well as countless friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (20 N Dixie Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501).
