Sandra Ann Shively Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Ann Shively (Cookeville, Tennessee), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on February 4, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Curry and Edna Bennett Curry; her sons, Dale Shively and Charles Autrey; her half-brother Eugene Webb; and her daughter-in-law Patsy Shively.
She is survived by: her children, David Shively, Cathy Cuttrell, Troy Shively (Doris) and Daniel Shively (Letty); her grandchildren, Kelsey, Timothy, Shelby, Aaron, Emily, Stephanie, Joseph, Haily, William and Samantha Autrey; and her great grandchildren, Nylah, Caelen, Kylie, Colton and Zayley.
A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints Cookeville (981 S Walnut Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501).
