He is survived by: his wife Rena Key Flatt of Livingston; his children, Eric Flatt (Sierra) of Cookeville, Edward Randolph of Livingston and Bobbie Randolph; his brother Bill Flatt (Mary) of Jackson County; his grandchildren, Zack, Donovan, Emerald, Joshua, Diamond, Ruby and Addison; and his great grandchildren, Eleanor and Greyson Judah.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cookeville Chapel (59 N Jefferson Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the Curry Chapel Cemetery (Bloomington Springs, TN 38545).
