She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Puckett; her children, Doris Johnson, Jerry Lee Puckett and James Larry Puckett; and her brothers, Hubert Morris and Howard Morris.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Puckett (Misha); her grandchildren, Dawn Renee Johnson, Roxanne Johnson, Paula Lee Bailey, Megan Puckett, Moriah Puckett, Victoria Puckett and Jason Gene Houston; and her great grandchildren, Brittany, Brandi, Alexis, Angel, Muralla, Jose, Anthony, Miranda, Kalem, Brilynn, Ember and Amarissa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Funeral Home (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501).
