He is survived by: his wife Sandra Thrasher Horner; his niece Jacqueline Dicus (Blake); his nephews, Mitchell Johnson (Brittani) and Randy Sliger (Julia); his great-niece Chloe Johnson; his great-nephews, Jake, Cole Dicus, Caden Johnson and Aiden White; and his aunt Opal Burris.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Funeral Home (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
