He was predeceased by: his parents, William MacAllen Murphy and Henry Etta Murphy (Jones); his great grandchild Silas; and his siblings, Linda Williams and James Murphy.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Murphy; his sons, Todd Murphy (Donna) and Jason Murphy (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Amy Sewell (Tim), Katie Knight (Montanna), Michael Murphy (Chelsey), Caleb Murphy (Samantha), Christian Murphy and Benjamin Murphy; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Addison, Evelyn, Logan and Reagan.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Funeral Home (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
