Marilyn Hooper Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Hooper of Cookeville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 29, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Louis Crowder and Mary Elizabeth Crowder Griggs (Sneed); her husband Bobby Hooper; and her siblings, Betty Keistler and Jerry Crowder.
She is survived by: her children, Robbie Fletcher and Dean Eller (Rachel); her grandchildren, Brian Lee McGinniss, Brandon Hugh McGinniss, Ashley Walton (John), Jessica Haston, Sarah McLeod (Austin), Alexis Farris (Brandon), Laura Taylor (Gavin) and Jake Wedeking; her great grandchildren, Daisha McGinniss, Ellie McGinniss, AJ Allen, Griffin Walton, Carson Farris, Paisley Farris, Harper McLeod, Mason McLeod and Connor McLeod; and her brothers, Cecil Crowder and Donnie Crowder. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Funeral Home (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
