He is survived by: his wife Vicki Knight Allen; his daughters, Leanne Allen and Katie York (Andy); his grandsons, Walker Allen York and Anden Ellis York; and his siblings, John, Jimmy (Joyce) and Mary Lee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
