Jean Herman Obituary
The memory of Jean Herman of Cookeville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 2, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Ray and Maggie Green Ray; her sister Becky Thomas; and her nephew Bill Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Frank Herman; her son Scott Herman; her grandson Gabriel Herman (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Irelynn and WrenLee Herman.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM and on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeKalb Funeral Chapel (863 S Congress Blvd, Smithville, TN 37166). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Hillview Cemetery.
