As we bid Jackie farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jackie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlis Greenwood and Naomi Greenwood; and his siblings, Laddie, Lonnie, Jerry Greenwood and Melinda Spivey.
He is survived by: his sister Anita Jones (Greg) of Cookeville, Tennessee. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Funeral Home (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the Lynn Cemetery.
