He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Bee Flatt and Mary Martha Dyer Flatt; his siblings, Jewell Hall, Louis Flatt and Aline Crossman; his daughter Janette Apple; and his granddaughter Dana Davidson.
He is survived by: his children, Lesa Flatt Davidson and Alan Flatt; his grandchildren, Cindy Apple McCrary, Shannon Davidson Ervin, Lauren Brooke Davidson, Michael Apple and Landon Davidson; his close friends, Will and Cindy Boles; and also Wes Boles. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
