He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowery Dibrell Judd and Margie Estelle Holloway Judd; his siblings, Alfred Lee Judd, Dennie Edgar Judd, Harlan Ray Judd, Hugh "Buddy" Judd, Wilma Sue Neal and Margaret Faye Jackson; and his in-laws, Randol Aaron Woolbright and Myra Esther Knight Woolbright.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Willene Judd (Pat); his daughter Cheryl Annette Judd Allen; his son-in-law Randal of Cookeville, TN; his sons, Johnny Whitson Judd (Sherri) and William Clarence Judd (Will) of Williamsburg, VA; his grandson Cody Whitson Judd; his granddaughter-in-law Sarah of Cincinnati, OH; and his sister Theresa Spears of Cookeville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Funeral Home (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
