She is survived by: her husband Rick Carr of Cookeville, TN; her sons, Richard Carr of Somerset, KY and Adam Carr of Cookeville, TN; her brothers, Paul Hancock of Gainesboro, TN and Lynn Hancock of Cookeville, TN; and her grandchildren, Tyler Carr, Brandon Carr, Miley Carr, Ellie Carr and Luna Carr.
