He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewell Curtis Phillips, Sr. and Genevieve Elizabeth Phillips; his former wife Ida Phillips (Walters); and his son Tim Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Judy Phillips; his daughters, Cathy Phillips of West Chester, OH and Sally Widener (Chris) of Springfield, OH; his stepdaughter Cathy Herrin (Steve) of Pisgah, AL; his son Brad Phillips (Shannon) of Knoxville, TN.; and his son-in-law Pat Jones of Cookeville, TN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
