He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Wagner and Lorraine Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Janice Wagner (Spivey); his siblings, Dianna Milkint (John), Daniel Wagner, Donnie Wagner (Linda), Dennis Wagner (Lynn) and Dale; and his sister-in-law Judy Spivey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crest Lawn Funeral Home (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
