He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Swallows and Ruby Warren Swallows; and his daughter Tammy Ferrell. He is survived by: his friend Rex; his wife Jean; his grandchildren, Brandy Bilbrey (Timothy), Brandon Wiley (Teresa), Brett Novicoff (Ambir) and Matthew Meixner; his great grandchildren, Ariel, Amelia, Atlas Bilbrey, Autumn, Josie Wiley, Abbi and Ian Novicoff; his sister-in-law Pam Bowers; his nieces, Cindy and Julie Bowers; and his close friends, Jeff Arny and Joey Williams. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
