She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Strode and Priscilla Williams of Cookeville, Tennessee.. She is survived by: her husband Leslie "Scooter" Hodge; her mother-in-law Patricia Hodge; her stepmother Joanna Strode; her children, Carissa Rayford (Marsenio) and Chelsea Taylor (Joshua); her stepson Laderriun Scruggs; her siblings, Tina Hardy (Dwight), Lashawna Strode, Matai Brown (Tony), Melissa Williams (Martell Curd), Christopher Strode and Derrick Strode; and her granddaughter Hunter Taylor. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Funeral Home (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
