She is survived by: her husband Merrill Phy; her daughter Tanya Phy; and her nieces and nephews, Judy, Steve Chaffin, Gail, Nelson Bruce, Debbie, Clyde Flowers, Mike, Beverley Johnson, Tammy, Hank Guess, Margie Bilbrey, Brenda and Mark Cox.
