She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Smith and Lila Smith (McDonald); her husband George P. Kubica; and her brothers, Harold Smith, Herbert Smith, Donald Smith and Douglas Smith.
She is survived by: her son Scott Kubica; her grandchildren, Brett Kubica, Cody Kubica, Nicole Hughes (Kubica), Trevor Johnson and Preston Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Lila Kubica, Ella Kubica, Eden Kubica and Baker Kubica.
