He is survived by: his mother Laura Clark Curtis; his wife Crystal Ann Curtis (Long); his daughters, Alexis Curtis, Morgan Curtis and Taylor Curtis; his nieces and nephews, Bradley Long and Kaylie Long; his brother George Curtis; and his nephews, Korbin Curtis, Collin Curtis and Logan Curtis.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Bartley & Sons - Gamaliel (315 E Main St, Gamaliel, KY 42140). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses, those may be made at the funeral home.
