She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert H. Choate and Stella Choate (Gaw); her husband Silas A. Gentry Jr.; her siblings, Billy J., Bobby D. Choate and Shirley; her brother-in-law James Elrod; and her nephew Derrick J. Choate.
She is survived by: her nephews, Wayne Choate, Ronnie Choate and Jim Elrod; her niece Jamie S. Cross (Elrod); and her great-niece Priscilla Martin (Choate).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Whitson Funeral Home (30 N Dixie Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Smyrna Cemetery.
