He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Phy; and his grandparents, Adrian, Irene Bush, Thurman and Dimple Phy.
He is survived by: his mother Carolyn; his siblings, Stefanie Eldridge, Julie Massa (Clay) and Ron Chaffin; his uncle James Bush; and his aunts, Mary Dubose, Doris Robbins, Claudine Talley and Emogene Pritchard.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cookeville Chapel (59 N Jefferson Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at the Smyrna Cemetery.
