He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Baker and Louise McDaniel Baker; his wife Ann Todd Baker; and his sister Ruby Nash. He is survived by: his children, Donna Insco (Larry) of Dresden, TN and Mike Baker (Tina) of Como, TN; and his grandchildren, Garth Baker, Riley Baker, Kim Bailey (David), Jeff Insco, Chuck Insco (Sherrie) and Laura Barnes (Jay). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.
At the family's request masks must be worn and all social distancing guidelines must be observed during both visitation and the service.
