It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winifred Moore Breegle of Columbia, Tennessee, born in Woodsfield, Ohio, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Orville Moore; her husband George Isaac Breegle; and her brother Lewis Moore. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Breegle (Katina) and Bruce Breegle (Martha); her sister Norma Cost; her grandchildren, Betsy Breegle, Christy Bean (Allan), Emily Delmar (Bryan), Ryan Breegle and Ryan Bean (Krystelle); her great grandchildren, Ethan Delmar, Caroline Delmar, Amelia Delmar, Hallie Delmar and Julia Delmar; and her great great grandchild Elsie Bean.
