He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Brown Williamson and Lacy Thurman Williamson; his brothers, Frank, Joe, Dean and J. B. Williamson; the mother of his children Peggy Sullivan; and his sisters, Melba Floyd and Brownie Brunson.
He is survived by: his children, Marshall "Marty" Williamson (Lynn) of Culleoka, Rena "Sissy" Isabell (Joe Morgan) of Culleoka and Gina Stricklin (Danny) of Jacksonville, FL; his sister Betty Ferguson of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Roman Isabell, Justin Goodman, Billy Williamson, Leann Hutt, Kyndell Stricklin and Autumn Teal. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
