He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Louetta Moser Tate; and his brothers, Mike Tate and Sam Tate. He is survived by: his father Richard Fredrick Tate; his wife Tonya George Tate; his children, William Cody Tate (Kaity Pierce) of Frankewing, John Paul Tate of Frankewing, Jeremiah James "Duck" Tate of Lincoln County and Samantha Nichole Mason (Shawn) of Lincoln County; his grandchildren, Onyxx "Bug" Mason, William Dean "Deaners" Tate and Hiro Alexander; and his brothers, Ricky Tate, Jon Tate and Heath Tate.
