He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Boaz Pulley and Dewees Porter Pulley; his wife Charlotte Minor Pulley; and his siblings, Edward B. Pulley, Jr., Jim Pulley, Teresa Fay Pulley and Carolyn Marks.
He is survived by: his sons, William Neal Pulley, Jr. (Belinda) and Sidney Thomas Pulley (Valerie); his grandchildren, Lindsay Pulley Garlit (John), Brett Pulley (April), Amber Pulley Hood (Cameron) and Deanna Pulley Carson (Kenny); his great grandchildren, Deaken Carson, Logan Hood, Grayson Carson and Emery Hood; and his sister Peggy Godsey (William). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
