He is survived by: his parents, William Ray Ragsdale and Frances Juliet Turbyfill Ragsdale; his daughters, Kaity Hopkins (Neely), Haley Brady (Drake) and Jayden Ragsdale; his brothers, Billy Ray Stanfill (Kristina), David Shane Stanfill (Debbie) and Christopher Guy Ragsdale; and his close friend Amy Hartley. He is also survived by two grandchildren, one grandchild.
