It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Lawrence Travis (Columbia, Tennessee), born in Old Hickory, Tennessee, who passed away on January 16, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Wilbur Travis and Mary Violet Hall-Travis; and his sisters, Jean Allison and Peggy Salamone. He is survived by: his wife Ann Sue Travis; his daughters, Renee Nealy (Gary) of Columbia, Kim King (Michael) of Houston and Kala Dunn of Dallas, Texas; his grandchildren, Brooke Lamb, Brian McDowell (Candace), Blake McDowell, Jason Henshall (Kelly), Travis Henshall (Stacy), Kyle Henshall (Samantha), Hunter Bothmann, Taylor Hasselbeck and Cooper Dunn; and his brother Jimmy Travis (Melba). He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
