He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Spiess and Heather Spiess; his siblings, Ethan Spiess of Berryville, AR and Anna Spiess of Columbia, TN; his grandparents, Raymond, Kerri Seibold of Columbia, TN, Karen Gilley of Decaturville, TN and Larry Spiess (Joann) of Dyersburg, TN; his aunts and uncles, Kelly Acheson of Columbia, TN, Kenny Seibold (Kristin) of Spring Hill, TN, Jeremy Spiess (Lisa) of Canaan, NH and Ashley Nay (Shaun) of Hohenwald, TN; and his cousins, Taylor, Sebastian, Samuel, Noah, Chance, Diana, Lucas, Rylee, Tatum, Lily and Ember.
