He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Anne McLellan Green; and his grandmother Ruth Sergent Green. He is survived by: his father John Dixon Green; his wife Penny Green of Columbia; his daughters, Meagan Green Clark (Nick) of Columbia, Hannah Marie Green of Columbia and Katherine Anne Green of Columbia; and his siblings, John Dixon "Jay" Green, III (Bev) of Mt. Pleasant and Susan Green Garman (Dan) of Columbia.
