We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2021, at the age of 93, Wayne William Pagel in Columbia, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Helen Hall Pagel; his siblings, Caroline Brown, Mary Fowler, Alfred Pagel, Vernon Pagel and Julius Pagel; and his grandson Wayne W. Pagel III.
He is survived by: his sister Rachel Underwood; his children, Dena Lin Ray (Tommy), Wayne W. Pagel Jr. (Lana), Tami Jo Pagel and Nathan Pagel (Beth); his grandchildren, Steph Ray (Jaymi), Adam Ray (Amanda), Rhea Ashley (Steve), Helena Blair, Ariel Birdwell (Josh), Jacob Pagel, Jackson Pagel and Jaiden Pagel; and his great grandchildren, Breanna Ray, A. J. Ray, Jaymes Ray, Drew Ashley, Eli Ashley and Briar Rose Birdwell.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking donations to be made to Church of Christ Relief Fund, PO Box 111180 Nashville, TN 37222-1180, or to plant a tree in his memory.
