She is survived by: her husband Jesse McNeely; her mother Patricia Jean Lilly Belcher; her children, James Edward, Chase, Nathanial Paul Pipkin, Joshua Caelan McNeely and Samantha Grace McNeely; her siblings, Jeff Belcher (Julie) and Angie Hargrove (Jason); and her grandchildren, Harper Pipkin and James Edward Pipkin V. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews and family members.
