He is survived by: his wife Norma Derryberry Cook; his son Thomas Hodge Cook IV (Amber); his grandchildren, Jody Snedegar, Emily Cook, Robby Snedegar, Thomas Hodge Cook V (Chelsea Barnhill) and Mark Cook (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Trayston Davis, Antonio Pope, Jack Phinnessee, Elijah Phinnessee and Laurel Cook; his sister Cindy King (Mike); and his nieces and nephews, Bryan Bone, Matthew King (Cara), Mary Beth King and Carrie King.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home (320 W 7th St, Columbia, TN 38401). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
