She was predeceased by: her parents, William Uhles and Annie Ingram Uhles; her husband Roger Eugene Helms, Sr.; her sisters, Sheilah Bush, Kathy Banks and Melanie Uhles; and her brothers-in-law, Danny Gammon and Tommy Banks.
She is survived by: her children, Donetia Garcia (Chris) of North Carolina, Roger Helms, Jr. (Tracy) of Goodlettsville, TN, Kelly Norris (Bruce) of Columbia, TN and Jeffery Helms (Emma) of Lewisburg, TN.; her siblings, Ronnie Uhles (Scarlett), Gary Uhles, Tony Uhles (Kristie), Diana Gammon, Sharon Yaney (Andy), Karen Uhles (Scott Kirby), Amy Jackson (Kenny) and Angela Yaney (Lee); and her grandchildren, Meghan Williams (Devin), Katie Walkup (Quinton), Madison Mangrum (Will), Angelica Hodge, Ruben Martinez, Gabriel Martinez, Maressa Garcia, Jasmine Helms, Emma Helms, Magaly Martinez, Mason Norris, Dallas Norris, Jeffery Helms, Jr. and Timmy Scott Pugh. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
