He is survived by: his wife Mary Luffman Williams; his sons, Corey Williams (Jamie) of Columbia, TN, Terry J. Williams (Nicole) of Arizona, Nicholas Williams of Columbia, TN and Christopher Williams (Emily) of Florida; his sister Peggy Williams of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Caden, Allison, Caleb, Rylie, Beckett, Lilah and Isaac Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
